As currently proposed, the project (located in Historic Downtown Truckee) would include four buildings with 62 residential units (10 affordable units, 20 workforce units, and 32 market-rate units), 3,339 sf of ground floor commercial space, and 69 parking spaces. We’ve heard that the project is coming to Truckee’s Historic Preservation Advisory Committee (HPAC) on July 10th, with other Town of Truckee meetings on the horizon this summer.
