For July's Good Morning Truckee, they are shifting gears to focus on emergency preparedness and wildfire prevention, two essential components in fostering community resilience, especially in rural areas like Truckee. Join on July 16th to welcome James Blattler, Emergency Services Coordinator with the Town of Truckee; Anne Rarick, COAD Manager with Turning Point; and Eric Horntvedt, Wildfire Prevention Manager with Truckee Fire. MAP is the nonprofit highlight and our very own Executive Director, Alexis Ollar will present on the organization and provide a short community update on current work.
