November 9th at 6:00 pm is a Placer County workshop on proposed changes to Economic Sustainability and Housing in the TBAP. If you live, work and/or play in North Lake Tahoe, between Stateline and Tahoma, we hope you’ll join us (in person at the Event Center or online via Zoom) to learn more about these amendments and what they could mean for the future of Tahoe.  

The amendments were presented at a recent North Tahoe Regional Advisory Committee meeting and Placer County staff stated that the amendments were largely informed by the input of seven stakeholders, all members of the Tahoe Basin business and development community. The County’s goal for this effort is to incentivize and streamline development by minimizing barriers and making the process easier. That may be good for business, but is it good for the environment and community? Come find out and make sure your voice counts.
